Information collected automatically. This website uses the Google Ads tag, which uses cookies to record information such as the pages you visit, your browser and device type, and whether you arrived by clicking one of our ads. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, manage projects, and communicate with you about work we are carrying out. We also use it to measure how well our advertising works and to show our ads to people who have visited this website. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
We share your information only with trusted service providers that help us operate the business, and only to the extent needed to perform their work:
- Resend, which delivers the enquiries you send through our contact form to our inbox.
- Our website host, which serves this website.
- Google, which provides our advertising and conversion measurement. When you submit a quote request, your email address and phone number are hashed (converted into an unreadable code) in your browser and sent to Google so it can match your enquiry to an ad you clicked. Google uses this only to measure our ad performance.
Google processes information under its own Privacy Policy. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Transfers outside South Africa
Some of our service providers, including Google and Resend, store or process information outside South Africa. We only use providers that are bound by data protection laws or agreements that give your information a level of protection comparable to POPIA.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.
