Conversion of a raw warehouse shell into a working distribution hub with integrated mezzanine offices, despatch desk, and driver welfare facilities. The programme had to align with a fixed customer go-live date.

We set up a parallel work-front: drywall systems on the mezzanine progressed concurrently with the ground-floor partitioning. Ceiling grids were pre-fabricated off-site to accelerate first fix.

Handed over on the contracted date. The client commenced first-day operations the following Monday with no snag-driven downtime.
